Description

Teaching social communication to people with ASD goes beyond teaching social skills. Teaching the thinking behind the skills can help people with high functioning ASD to understand the complex social world. Social thinking vocabulary is an effective way to teach complex social concepts to people with high functioning ASD. The speaker will distribute a set of Social Thinking Handbook "社交思考實用手册II﹕解構「關鍵提示」" in the seminar. Participants will be orientated to the handbook and the related concepts.
